Bagel is great with other dogs, cats and would likely be fine with
respectful children of any age.
History:
"Bagel"
is a 5 year old, neutered male Beagle. He is vaccinated, including Rabies,
Heartworm tested (-), de-wormed, tx Flea Preventative and approx 30lbs.
Bagel is a handsome middle aged chap who would like a Forever Home of his
own. He made his way all the way here to Ontario from Ohio where he was a
stray not claimed like so many other Hound dogs from the same area.
He is great with other dogs, cats and would likely be fine with respectful
children of any age. He can be a little timid when unsure but is easily
convinced everything is "okay" with a snack… He is crate trained and house
trained, he is used to sleeping in his crate at night and when alone but
would likely be fine given free roam of the house after he has gotten used
to his new place. Bagel needs a securely fenced yard, the Beagle breed is
NOT suitable for apartment=condo living. Bagel must be leashed at all times
unless in a securely, fully fenced area. He loves dog parks but can only go
to fenced doggy parks because like most Beagle's he likes to follow his
nose! Bagel would suit most households, he needs a house with a yard. Not
